The Brassie Grille is a licensed full-service restaurant and bar, seating approximately 60 indoors and 30 outdoors, overlooking the first fairway and offering casual lunch or dinner and full bar service.We have an accomplished head Chef, experienced in delivering healthy dining options, freshly made pastas, locally sourced produce and unique high quality meat and fish programs. It is a comfortable atmosphere appealing to golfers and non-golfers.It is a common meeting place for our community residents and attracts residents of neighboring areas. In addition to golf, tennis customers and the Aquarina community; we attract returning patrons from Melbourne to Vero Beach. A variety of regularly scheduled music events, holiday parties and dining events are held at the restaurant throughout the year. Tuesday
Taco Tuesday. Rotating line of fresh tacos all chef inspired- chicken, beef, fish, shrimp, tuna. Served with street corn and white rice and black beans with sour cream and variety of sauces.
Wednesday
Chicken and waffles. All natural chicken brined and dry rubbed and tossed in buttermilk and house seasoned flour over house made Belgian waffles with bourbon spiced maple syrup and side salad.
Thursday
Stir fry night. House made fried rice tossed in a cast iron wok with seasonal veggies and choice of (chicken, beef, pork or shrimp).
Friday
Butcher block night. Weekly rotating meats from around the world hand cut in house with special preparations.
Saturday
Fresh seafood night! A changing array of fresh seafood, locally sourced from Sebastian to Key West by Jason Hornesby and carefully prepared by Chef Carson. Served with fresh vegetables and delicious sauces.
Sunday
Brasstown prime rib of beef. Seasoned with house spice and herb crusted cooked to perfection, served with house made mashed potatoes and cast iron roasted asparagus. Served with au jus and horsey sauce.
