Aquarina Golf Course

Designed by Charles Ankrom, the contoured layout incorporates plenty of twists, turns, sand, woods, and water as it extends to 4313 yards from the longest tees. This length is a true test for advanced golfers, yet three shorter tee boxes present an ideal range of challenge for novices, ladies, seniors, youngsters, and families. Aquarina is a host facility for the game-changing PGA/USGA “Tee it Forward” program, which promotes faster play, enhanced learning, better scoring, and naturally, more fun.

Our Golf Course is a challenging par 62 lay out located on forty acres running throughout the Aquarina Community and along the inland waterway. The course currently offers community and external golf memberships, which covers greens fees, preferred tee times and allows participation in “members only” events. Nonmember per round play is fee based which may vary based on the time of day and seasonally. Golf carts fees are charged members and nonmember players. Members can use their own cart by paying a trail fee. The golf course has four tee boxes for various levels of play. The multiple water hazards, bunker protected greens, and picturesque live oak trees spread throughout the grounds give the course and its surroundings an ‘old Florida’ charm. Consistent with changing Golf Course design trends the course can be played in less than three- and one-half hours. The course has a practice green and chipping area as well as warm up nets. The greens were re-surfaced in 2015. Numerous tournament events and league play is organized throughout the year for members and occasionally for green fee players. The course also hosts, for a fee, charitable, businesses and organization events. The Pro Shop offers a variety of merchandise and services including equipment, clothing, shoes, grip replacement and club repair. Our golf professional manages play, events, provided golf lessons, instructional clinics, and junior golf programs.

Aquarina Golf Club

Aquarina features a stunning 18-hole golf course located within the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge. Named for the legendary Florida conservationist, this important barrier island sanctuary is home to sea turtles, osprey, wading birds, otters, gopher tortoises, bobcats, manatee and dozens of other exotic subtropical species. Many of these creatures can be spotted near or on our public par 62 venue as it winds from the Atlantic dunes to the Indian River past groves of sabal palm and live oak, through mangrove marshes, and around eleven pristine lakes.
